The Employee Perceptions and Morale Standing Committee
Our Charge:
“To implement the recommendations of the Employee Perceptions and Morale Committee (EPMC) in a manner consistent with DMC’s operating requirements, collective bargaining contracts and financial resources. We intend nothing less than a transformation, over the long-term, in a way the activities of our workforce are managed, with a primary emphasis on transparency, fairness, respect and employee participation and satisfaction.”
What We Do:
The Standing Committee is scheduled to meet every two weeks to deliberate on all of EPMC’s recommendations. The Standing Committee is further broken down into sub-committees each of which is responsible for addressing a specific EPMC recommendation. This website will be a primary means of communication to the DMC community regarding our progress.
