Ombudsman Subcommittee
Our Charge:
“To evaluate and offer recommendations concerning the establishment of an Ombudsman Office to serve the DMC employees to the Employee Perceptions and Morale Standing Committee. These recommendations will be consistent with DMC's operating requirements, collective bargaining contracts and financial resources.”

What We Do:
The Subcommittee meets on a regular basis to deliberate on the establishment of an Ombudsman's office here at DMC. In fulfilling this task, the Subcommittee will:
- Research electronic and hardcopy materials.
- Invite guest speakers to impart their wisdom to the Subcommittee.
- Attend offsite visits to established Ombuds offices.
