CHARGE
The Deputy Co-chair of the Middle States Steering Committee will chair this committee. Committee members will consist of members of chairmen of each of the standing committees. Building upon the informational resources and work of each of the committees, this special focus committee will address institutional integrity and consider the following questions.

	To what extent do our publications reflect accurately the programs and services offered by the institution?
	How does the institution foster a climate of academic growth and intellectual freedom among its faculty?
	How do we foster sound ethical practices in our teaching and research conduct, including avoiding conflicts of interest and the appearance of conflicts of interest?
	To what extent are constituencies evaluated and reviewed equitably and appropriately with regard to promotion, tenure, and compensation?
	How are faculty and students made aware of the grievance procedures?
	Are the procedures to address grievances reviewed on a regular basis?
	What support and incentives are available to facilitate enhanced research development?
