The Centerwide Committee of the Faculty and Professional Staff of SUNY Downstate was reconstituted in 2004 to serve its constituent members from the Colleges of Medicine, Health Related Professions, Nursing, and Graduate Studies. Representatives from the four colleges discuss and deliberate upon issues of common interest that transcend the individual member colleges. Meetings are monthly and open to all. Announcements of common interest are distributed electronically via the campus email. The time, place, and meeting agendas are posted on the Committee website.
